January challenge is now open, and there is no entry fee, so you can join any time you want. Once you've achieved the target you are happy with, you can order challenge award package which includes a medal and a sticker.

Here is what's included

Medal material: Vinyl on PVC card

Dimensions: about 5cm x 8cm

Shape: oval

+ A nylon ribbon

+ A sticker

When will the medals be posted

For the orders submitted before Feb 15, the medals will be posted by March 10

For the orders submitted after Feb 15 but before March 15, the medals will be posted by April 10
